A spinach, mango, cricket smoothie to power your day and keep you hopping :)


1 cup of frozen baby spinach  PLUS 1 cup of frozen mango chunks AND

1/4 cup of greek yogurt or coconut milk (frozen into cubes, 2 cubes = 1/4 cup)

**hint** you can put all the ingredients above into a freezer bag ahead of time, make a full week's worth at a time.  In the morning, you'll have your smoothie made and cleaned up in 30 seconds!

THEN ADD 1 cup of coconut water, 1/2 cup of water AND 1 tbsp of cricket protein!

Blend and serve!   This delicious 20 oz smoothie (no one will believe they are drinking spinach!) gets you 4 servings of fruits & veggies and 11 grams of protein, all for less than 200 calories!
